Season info: The
season will begin Saturday, April 7 (no games on Easter April
8). The parade will be Saturday, April 14 - most of the
Pee Wee, Rookie and Lions (5-7 yo) games usually scheduled that
morning will be moved to that Sunday, April 15. We may be
having an instructional opening day for the 5-7 yos on Saturday
March 31 - depending on the weather.

UMPIRING OPPORTUNITIES: For 16 and
older, train to become an umpire for the 9 and older games Spring of 2012 for
the Prospect Park Baseball Association,
click here for info about
the training that starts in January.
For those 13-15 year olds, apply to umpire
in our 5-8 year olds divisions, click here
to send us an email indicating your interest. The games for the 5-7
year olds are mostly Saturdays in Prospect Park and pay $18 per game.
The 8yo games require prior experience, are played in Washington Park and Van
Voorhees field on Saturdays and because balls and strikes are called, we pay
$26.
